Waking Up to A New Packaging Idea

If flowery is not your thing, choose plain-colored sheets.

Been getting nice notes from buyers at the Etsy shop, loving how their purchases come packed. They’re probably imbibing some of the lovely sweet-dreams vibes coming from the cloth sachets protecting their bought products. What am I talking about? Old bedsheets.

Rare is the household that doesn’t have old sheets moldering in a closet. If you have a sewing machine, why not take the sheets out, wash them, cut them up into squares and rectangles (even hexagons and octagons if the mood moves you), and sew them into sachets.

You don’t have to be a seasoned seamstress to do it, as all you’re aiming for are straight lines. Put your product inside and close it up by loosely sewing on a length of ribbon, or even buttons and beads. This won’t work for breakables and paper, but bead jewelry, soft toys, and fabric products will fit right in!
