Making Paper Flowers from Magazines

This is a great craft project to complete with the kids or on your own. What a great way to use a WHOLE magazine to create something beautiful! The completed flowers are suitable for decoration in your home, at your craft booth, a wedding, a shower…almost anywhere you’re decorating with “green” items.  If you have other ideas about where you might use these wonderful flowers, please post it in the comment section. A huge THANK YOU to Linda, of A la Mode Stuff, for sending this in for us to use.

  1. I must be in sync with this blog. I had not checked it in a few days. I just used Linda’s tutorial in a post I did today about reusing magazines! When I went to her blog I realized she was a fellow Eco-etsian and that made me even more happy to use her tutorial. Thanks Eco Etsy and Thanks Linda from AlaModeStuff.

Here is the link to my tutorial.

  2. Adorable, what a great way to use a magazine for a second life! I might try this with my junk mail and those weekly circulars too.

  3. THese are so fun to make! My son and I have made a bunch so far. I am teaching a recycled art class and these will be a nice example of Recycled art. Thanks, Juani1
