{Eco-Inspirations} Greening the Great Indoors

Whether it’s with snow, sleet or an unseasonably cool breeze, like me, you’re probably dreaming of Spring. Flipping through the Seed Savers catalog and pinning gardening tips definitely doesn’t help! Instead, it makes the season all the more bitter as I fantasize of longer days, brighter sunlight and frolicking about in minimal layers.

No matter what the groundhog predicted, we’ll still be looking at six to ten more weeks of Winter. So instead of moping about and daydreaming, why not bring the green indoors?!

    I do love the idea of regrowing scallions and ginger. We use a lot of ginger at home. I will have to give this a try.
